What Rheem Requires of a Pro Partner
From Rheem's 2025 Pro Partner program requirements:
- At least 60% of the contractor's annual residential equipment purchases are Rheem
- A four-star rating from at least 30 customer reviews a year, which Rheem authenticates
- At least 10 hours of Rheem-authorized training a year
- Current state licensing and good standing with the distributor
- Annual re-evaluation by Rheem

Rheem describes Endeavor Line coverage as up to 10-year parts plus a 10-year conditional unit replacement on qualifying models.
Rheem Warranty Terms for Florida Installs
- No registration needed for full parts coverageRheem's Florida terms give installs on or after July 1, 2024 the longest limited parts coverage offered for each model, without registration.
- State law backs it upFlorida Statutes 559.957 and 559.956 make the term run from installation and transfer automatically on a home sale, with no fee.
- LaborRheem warranties exclude labor unless state law requires otherwise; ask us about our own labor coverage.
Which Refrigerant Rheem Uses
Rheem chose R-454B as its primary refrigerant for new systems, and some products such as mini splits may use R-32. Both are A2L refrigerants under EPA's 700 GWP limit. You may see a different figure in some Rheem material; EPA's limit is 700.
